We have a CD-ROM drive. It reads CDROM discs and some read DVD's. You can get CD and DVD writers that can make movies, store data and much more.
We have a Floppy drive and it reads floppy disks. We can put small files on its disks.
The hard disk is a disk drive that has a disk permanently inside a case and stays in your PC all the time!!!
REMEMBER! YOU CAN NEVER PUT THE SAME AMOUNT OF DATA ON FLOPPY DISKS AS YOU CAN PUT ON CD ROM AND DVD DRIVES. YOU WOULD NEED 100'S OF FLOPPY DISKS TO DO IT!
